Being a brand new organ, the console has many modern "conveniences" and technology. The console is movable and can be plugged into one of three cable inputs in the loft. It also is equipped with MIDI record and playback capabilities.

ConsoleThe console consists of three manuals or keyboards plus the pedal board. The knobs on either side draw ranks of pipes from the organ. The tabs in the middle allow the organist to couple divisions of the organ to a manual. While manuals can be coupled to the pedal, the pedal cannot be coupled to a manual. The monitor allows the organist to see the position of the procession or recession for Mass services.

Here's a close up of the draw knobs on the left and right sides of the console. Some organs use tabs instead of knobs. Most draw knobs activate ranks in the organ with a few draw knobs (ex: Swell 16) drawing a pitch rather than a rank. The Tremolo knob activates a oscillating mechanism to provide a vibrato sound, used usually on classical organs for solo stops.
consoleThe tabs in the middle couple divisions of the organ to a manual. This allows the organist to play multiple divisions at the same time. This organ has an unusual coupler on the far right of allowing the manuals for the Positive and Great to be reversed.

Here's the view below the manuals. Each of the fixtures is called a toe stud and has a corresponding button on the manuals with the same name. They allow the organist to preset registrations in advance and the select with a tap of the toe. "PED" couplers are specifically for the Pedal Division ranks. There are also toe studs coupling divisions, Sforzando (full organ), preset sequencer and for the two 32' stops. In the center photo, the left and center pedal operate the expression shutters for the respective chambers, and the right pedal is the crescendo. The further down any of the pedals are pressed, the louder the volume by either opening the shutters or, in the case of the crescendo, adding more ranks.
console Indicator lights advise the organist on certain key pieces of information. The LED display is for displaying the number of currently preset registration. This is needed for long pieces requiring that registrations be set in advance so as to save the organist the hassle of changing things while playing.
